At REDFORES (Consumer Brand of SATEERA) , you will create and edit videos that inspire, uplift, and empower women globally.
If you're skilled at captivating an audience in the first three seconds, crafting shareable content, and desire your work to have a meaningful impact — we’d love to have you join our team. 

 Position Overview

• Produce and edit promotional videos, client testimonials, product showcases, and event recaps.
• Deliver at least 15 short videos monthly tailored for Facebook / TikTok / Instagram Reels
• Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm content themes and suggest innovative concepts.
• Keep up with short-form video trends and specialize in creating attention-grabbing content.
• Complete filming and editing efficiently, ensuring each video conveys warmth and a compelling narrative.
• Embed brand values and REDFORES’s mission for women’s health in all content created.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of filming & editing experience (mobile + camera)
• A strong portfolio (please share your top 3 works)
• End-to-end skills: ideation → filming → post-production
• Aesthetic eye: lighting, pacing, composition, music sync
• Familiar with TikTok / IG / YouTube Shorts content style
• Passion for storytelling & creating scroll-stopping content
• Respectful & knowledgeable of women’s perspectives, lifestyles & health topics
• Mandarin speaking only - Content will be in Mandarin 

Skill Requirements

• Familiar with editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci)
• Ability to create strong hooks in first 3 seconds
• Skilled in color grading, pacing, & subtitles/music sync
• Social video production (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Good communication & teamwork, able to work independently under deadlines

Bonus Points:

• Experience in women’s brands, health, or beauty content
• Ability to pitch creative video concepts proactively
• Strong sense of rhythm, visual storytelling, and cinematography
