Your role will be The Marketing and Business Development: you will create welcoming class experiences and beginner-friendly training programs, prmotional events that help our community grow and stick with fitness.
Your Growth & Impact
- Build events to highlights our unique 24 hrs gym that is expanding
- Expand our clients/gym networks and light membership support, useful for future leadership in fitness operations.
- Develop program design skills by planning progressive training blocks, useful for roles in studio management or specialised coaching.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
Marketing
- Welcome and onboard new clients, develop fitness events, and support all gym branches with social marketing.
- Provide friendly support on bookings, membership questions, and follow-up to keep clients engaged.
Studio Operations & Sales
- Help promote equipments sale, manage class timetables, and ensure a tidy, welcoming studio environment.
- Support light sales tasks such as promoting packages and processing sign-ups to meet studio targets.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- SPM or equivalent, diploma in sports, fitness, or related field is a plus but not required.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 years of experience are welcome, with a willingness to learn on the job.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Basic personal training and group class instruction knowledge, with ability to run warm-ups and cool-downs safely.
- First Aid or CPR certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification quickly.
- Familiarity with simple client record keeping and basic POS or booking systems is helpful.
- Social Media skill is preferable
