As our Social Media Specialist, you'll build fresh content systems and scale our channels from concept to post. You'll own creative assets, post planning, and audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video platforms.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan and produce platform-tailored posts, captions, and short videos that reflect our brand tone. Keep visuals and copy concise and on-brand for lifestyle audiences.
• Maintain a content calendar and prepare assets for scheduled publishing with clear briefs and captions.

Community & Growth

• Manage daily community touchpoints by replying to comments and messages in a timely, friendly way. Track audience feedback and surface trends to the team.
• Support small paid boosts and creator partnerships, including coordinating briefs and measuring basic campaign results.

Analytics & Operations

• Monitor key social metrics and compile simple weekly reports to show what content works. Use insights to adjust posting times and formats.
• Use scheduling and collaboration tools to keep content flowing and ensure approvals are met on time.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent internship experience. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome with a portfolio or sample work.
• Approximately 0 years of professional experience expected, with demonstrated interest in social media and content.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video platforms, plus basic analytics tools. Experience with Canva or similar design tools and basic photo and video editing is required.
• Comfort using scheduling tools and maintaining a content calendar, plus basic understanding of engagement metrics.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear written communication, attention to detail, and a helpful attitude in team settings. Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
