🎯工作职责

销售与业务拓展

● 向客户介绍线下广告及宣传服务，包括传单派发、横幅、贴纸及各类实体宣传物料，并根据客户需求提供合适方案。

● 主动开发、拜访及接洽中小企业（SME）客户，推广 SBS 的广告宣传方案。

● 跟进市场推广活动及个人人脉所获得的潜在客户，并完成销售成交。

● 达成公司制定的每日、每月及年度销售目标（KPI）。

客户关系管理

● 建立并维护长期客户关系，促进回头客及客户转介绍。

● 了解客户业务需求，提供合适的广告宣传策略及配套方案。

● 提供完善的售后服务，确保客户满意度。

销售运营与报告

● 每日更新 CRM 系统及销售记录，准确跟进客户、销售进度及业绩。

● 定期向直属主管提交销售报告。

● 关注市场趋势及竞争对手动态，发掘新的业务机会。

团队协作

● 与市场营销团队紧密合作，配合推广活动及销售策略。

● 与内部各部门协调合作，确保广告项目顺利执行。

● 提出建议及改善方案，持续优化销售流程及客户体验。

🎯What You'll Do:

Sales & Business Development

● Introduce and present offline advertising & promotional solutions covers flyer distribution, banners, stickers, and physical marketing materials tailored to client needs.

● Actively prospect, meet, and engage SME business owners to promote SBS’s advertising solutions.

● Follow-up and close leads generated from marketing campaigns or personal networking.

● Meet and submit daily, monthly, and annual KPIs as set by the management.

Client Relationship Management

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

● Understand client objectives and propose effective advertising strategies and packages.

● Provide timely after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Operations & Reporting

● Update CRM/sales sheets daily to ensure accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and performance.

● Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader.

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Collaboration & Team Support

● Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of advertising projects.

● Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and client experience. 

Job Requirements

● 能以英语及华语流利沟通，以服务华语客户。

● 优先考虑能够流利使用华语沟通的应聘者，因为工作需要与华语客户接洽。

● 具备达成销售目标及管理客户关系的能力。

● 必须自备交通工具。

What We're Looking For :

● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in printing , advertising or related field will be an advantage.

● B2B sales experience (handling SME or corporate clients) is required.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

● Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal with customer.

● Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts effectively.

● Able to work independently and as part of a team.

● Own transport is required.
