Job Description

The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the daily operations of the interior design company. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various office management tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication within the company. Basic financial knowledge is essential to assist with bookkeeping and project costing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors as required.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
  • Handle office inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, receipts, and basic financial record-keeping.
  • Provide support for project costing, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including social media management (if needed).

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the interior design or construction industry (minimum 3 years of experience).
  • Basic financial knowledge, including bookkeeping and budgeting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Note: Fresh graduates will not be considered.

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month.
