Job Description

We are looking for an Interior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced design and build environment. You’ll be involved in conceptualizing, designing, and executing residential projects with a strong emphasis on function, practicality, and aesthetics. This role requires hands-on involvement from design to site execution, working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for residential projects (3,000 sqft and above).
• Prepare and present mood boards, material selections, and design proposals.
• Produce 2D technical drawings, space planning, and oversee 3D visualization work.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings and inspections to address design-related issues and refinements.
• Ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness while maintaining project profitability.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure milestones are met on schedule.

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, but with a strong focus on functionality and buildability.
