We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager who can take full ownership of high-end residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate is resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to balance client expectations with project timelines and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple residential projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and milestone achievement.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery and costs.
• Maintain high-quality standards while balancing budget constraints and profitability.
• Enforce site safety, compliance, and adherence to construction best practices.
• Lead weekly site meetings and report on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders to avoid delays or misalignment.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management within the interior design/build sector.
• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and material costs.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and site teams.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management is a plus.
