Job Description

• Handle indoor sales and attend to customers professionally
• Reply to customer enquiries via Whatapps , email and phone calls or other communication apps.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Prepare invoices and quotations
• Assist with daily retail and sales operational.
• Follow up with customers on sent quotations.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Customer oriented with a positive attidute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Fast learner and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Critical Observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
