Job Requirements

🎯 What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the voice of our brand, you will manage our active digital channels and keep our customers happy by:

• Social Media Engagement: Managing and replying to customer chats and inquiries on TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook.
• Problem Solving: Becoming a hero for our customers by resolving inquiries smoothly via our official Company WhatsApp.
• Omnichannel Support: Handling incoming customer calls and managing support tickets (especially for our booming TikTok platform).

📋 Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• People Person: Genuinely excited to help customers, patient, and highly empathetic.
• Natural Communicator: You love to talk, listen, and you understand the power of a friendly conversation.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Education: Minimum SPM qualification or above.

⏰ Working Hours:

• Shift: Monday to Sunday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Rest Day: Every Friday off!
