Job Description

 

Role Title: HR Business Partner Intern (Learning & Talent Management)  

 

Mission (About the Role)  
 

  1. You will join the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team where we work directly with the organization's leadership to develop and direct HR initiatives that closely supports organizational goals.
  2. This role will help the HRBP team to create value for the employee and the organization so that everyone wins in the marketplace.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning through training programs, workshops and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and competencies. 
  4. Promotes learning culture that values knowledge sharing, collaboration and innovation. 

 

What will you learn?  

 

  1. Learning & development: Coordinate and assist HRBP on learning and development related matters from coordination of training programs to ensuring learning and development tasks are fulfilled. Support on the preparation of training materials, scheduling, and evaluation.  
  2. Talent Management: collaborate with HRBP and employees from various levels/experience/fields for talent management topics such as talent talk etc.  
  3. Performance Management: Coordinate various performance management activities such as performance management workshops and continuous education to drive a high-performance culture. 
  4. HR project coordination: assist HRBP in terms of planning, coordination and execution of various HRBP ad-hoc and long-term projects. 
  5. HR Data Management: assist with ensuring data quality is not compromised by assisting with proper data management and analysis. 

 

What qualifications will make you successful?  
 

  1. Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or any Business related field. 
  2. Skills/Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office and any video/photo editing software will be an added advantage. 
  3. Soft skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Able to interact with people effectively, work well with others, and proactive.
