The Role:

We are looking for a HR Services Support Advisor (@ Employee Experience Advisor) to make an impact!

 

What will you do?

  • Act as first point of contact for all employee request and enquiries pertaining to HR matters. This includes company policies, company system support / troubleshooting, compensation, recruitment, etc. (response is provided via phone calls, emails, ticketing system or chat). You will also be the first person to alert / escalate issues with recurring pattern or sudden spikes in issues to the team & relevant stakeholders.
  • Will be handling inquiries from employees in all countries in East Asia & Pacific. Work with stakeholders from various countries and cultural backgrounds.
  • Partner with various stakeholders for day to day operations as well as campaign or new program launches, issue escalation or process changes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and administration of employee requests as per the agreed service level agreements.
  • Design creative job aids, knowledge articles and other reference materials to assist in resolving employee enquiries and issues.
  • Responsible to continuously update the internal standard operating procedures as required.
  • Champion continuous improvement of the systems and processes to help improve employee experience
  • Analyze monthly performance reports and and share key insights with the country HR team in service review meetings.
  • May be required to involve in adhoc HR projects being launched in the region.

 

 

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline.
  • Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience. We are open to consider fresh graduates.
  • Proficient in the English language (written & spoken). Able to communicate in basic Japanese / Korean will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills combined with collaborative & inclusive mindset
  • Independent, resourceful & ready to take on a challenge.
  • Digital savvy and creative individuals who can think on their feet with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (must be willing to travel to office based on hybrid arrangement)
