We are a looking for a Sales Distribution Executive to make an impact! As a Sales Distribution Executive, you will be accountable for the promotion and sale of a broad range of channel products and to develop new customer base and build new sales opportunities.

What will you do?

• Accountable for the promotion and sale of a broad range of channel products under the direction of the Sales Manager and to develop their tier 2 customers.
• Support the existing account and develops new sales opportunities together with their customers (tier 2).
• Convert opportunities into order & sales. To activate more of their tier 2 account to become active.
• Focus on whole year / monthly sales / quarterly sales target. Achieve set targets and goals, ensuring growth.
• Act as a Key Account person of the account assigned to and manage the distributors not only the sell-in but also the sell-out.
• Proactive response to queries, deliveries, offers etc.
• Support distributors with tools to improve upon capabilities. Work closely with distributors, regular meetings with them, and maximise the Pipeline Business.
• Support POSM, provide standard procedures to distributors to enhance business growth.
• Provide regular update on the competition strategy, their prices and offers.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Engineering / Business or other related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years similar experience in managing channel sales / distributors.
• Experience in sell-in and sell-out management.
• Experience in report management and number crunching. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
• Have passion and the tenacity to do sales.
• Proficiency in English is a must. 
• Able to commnunicate local dialects will be an added advantage.
