  • Partner with the regional HR hub to align and standardize processes, harmonize documentation, and shape regional People Operations policies and service delivery models.
  • Identify process gaps, drive simplification and standardization initiatives, and ensure new processes are implemented with strong governance, measurement, and continuous refinement.
  • Lead or support the enhancement of digital workflows, automation, and HR system functionality (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD, Power Automate).
  • Ensure lifecycle processes are executed accurately and with an employee centric approach; maintain audit ready documentation and support statutory, internal, and control audits.

  • Evaluate and implement HR projects/programs; conduct analysis to identify human capital inefficiencies and recommend HR strategies, solutions, and models.
  • Promote a self service mindset by training and equipping managers and employees to effectively use HR systems, digital tools, and knowledge platforms.

What will make you successful:

  • A good University/Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in MNCs or centralized HR hubs. Candidates with strong potential may be considered for junior roles; experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles.
