The Role: Systems, Services and Digital Business Finance Controller 

 

What will you do?

 

  • Act as a business enabler and support sustainable & profitable Systems, Services and Digital business growth for the country.  
  •  
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, actively support the business long and short-term growth. Provide proactive financial support and insights to help drive topline performance, and enhance profitability.  
  • Utilize advanced financial analysis techniques to interpret complex data, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present actionable recommendations to the business units. Drive insightful financial discussions and decision-making processes.  
  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for the assigned business units, working in partnership with business stakeholders to develop accurate and comprehensive financial plans. Provide scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, leveraging your financial expertise and business acumen to influence and support key initiatives, investments, and decision-making processes. Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analysis to enhance business performance and decision-making.  
  • Support full compliance with local regulation and company policy despite pressure on performance for the business leaders.  
  • Collaborate with different Finance function to deliver best-in-class reports (timeliness + quality + meaningful insights).  
  • Proactively participate in the global or zone initiatives and take full ownership as well as leadership for the assignments if any.  

 

  • Play a critical role within EA finance organization to support continuous optimization of the organization   
  •

  • Support drive continuous improvement of organization efficiency, not only for finance, but also the entire organization of country.  
  • Support synergy between different finance functions to avoid unnecessary duplication or overlooked areas.  

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

 

  • Bachelor's in finance or business administration or equivalent  
  • MBA and/or CPA is a plus  
  • At least 10 years of experience in business partnering, FP&A, or finance controlling from the reputable MNCs 
  • Can-do mentality, a solution provider  
  • Good business acumen on systems and services business  
  • Outstanding leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills
