About the role
Scholar Trans Sdn Bhd is expanding our operations in Kuala Lumpur and we are looking for energetic and driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, office-based sales role for someone who enjoys communicating with people, working towards targets and turning opportunities into results.
We value attitude, initiative and drive just as much as experience. If you are confident, proactive and motivated by performance, we would like to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
- Follow up actively on enquiries and sales opportunities
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to order confirmation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners and agents
- Prepare quotations and communicate service information clearly
- Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- Energetic, confident and driven to succeed in sales
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Results-oriented and motivated by targets and performance
- Persistent and comfortable following up with customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English
- Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn
