Job Description

• Identify and connect with potential clients through various online platforms such as Xiaohongshu (Rednote), WeChat, Facebook, Tiktok, and other social media channels. 
• Publish posts, engage with users, and respond to inquiries to generate sales leads. 
• Introduce and recommend the company's academic writing, editing, proofreading, and journal publication services. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
• Understand clients' academic publishing needs and provide suitable solutions. 
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to ensure excellent customer service. 
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project coordination. 
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or above. 
• Must be able to work on-site in Penang.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus. 
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, digital marketing, or online business development is an advantage. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (Rednote), WeChat, Facebook,WhatsApp, Tiktok, etc. 
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. 
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. 
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.).
