Job Description

• Perform overall day to day accounting & finance functions.
• Responsible for data key in and reports compiling, printing, filing & admin etc.
• Handling of monthly closing of management accounts.
• Assist in account closing / audit / tax / budget, providing support to the Accounts department.
• Monitoring cash flow and preparation of budgets.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports as per requirement of Group requirements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic Accounting principle is compulsory.
• Preferable 2-3 year (s) of working experience in property developer industry.
• Excellent command of both oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and any Accounting software.
• Exceptional time management and ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
