Serve as the first point of contact for residents, tenants, visitors, contractors, and service providers by providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times.
Greet and assist visitors, respond to enquiries, and provide accurate information regarding the building's facilities, services, policies, and procedures.
Manage visitor registration, access control, and the issuance of visitor passes in accordance with the property's security procedures, while coordinating with security personnel to ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises.
Receive, record, and follow up on residents' and tenants' requests, complaints, maintenance issues, and feedback, ensuring timely coordination with the relevant departments for resolution.
Assist with the booking of common facilities, move-in and move-out arrangements, parcel and courier handling, and other resident-related services in accordance with established procedures.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally, maintaining accurate records of visitor logs, service requests, incidents, lost and found items, and other operational documentation.
Monitor the reception and lobby areas to ensure they remain clean, organised, safe, and welcoming, and promptly report any security, safety, maintenance, or housekeeping issues to the Building Management.
Provide administrative support to the Management Office, including preparing daily reports, maintaining proper documentation, and assisting with operational activities and building events as required.
Assist during emergencies by following the Company's emergency response procedures and cooperating with the Building Management, security personnel, and emergency services when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of residents' and tenants' personal information, uphold the Company's service standards, comply with all policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements, and perform any other duties assigned by the Building Manager or Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, hotel reception, or property management is preferred.
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an added advantage.
Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
