Job Summary
As a Customer Success Intern at Pitstop, you will play a key role in helping our customers get the most out of our platform. You will work closely with our Customer Success team to onboard new customers, track their progress and proactively guide them towards achieving their business goals using our tools.
Your responsibilities will go beyond answering questions - you will learn how to analyse customer usage data, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in creating resources that make our products easier to use and more impactful. You will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop internal processes utilising AI tools, providing product recommendations, giving you a front-row seat to how a fast-growing SaaS company operates.

Key Responsibilities
