Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll.
2. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices aligned with the company's vision and values.
3. Oversee compensation & benefits to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
4. Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
5. Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g., turnover rates, training effectiveness).
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
7. Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging company culture
8. Safeguard confidential information and foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
2. Proven experience as HR Manager/Generalist with strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices.
3. Skilled in recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
6. High integrity in handling confidential matters.
7. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
8. Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (able to speak, read & write).
9. Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang/ Balakong, Cheras.
