Job Description:
- Assist in planning the daily production schedule based on the customer’s building plan.
- Ensure the production plan aligns with customer orders and supports on-time delivery targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate order processing and delivery requirements.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding delivery schedules, quality issues, and production output.
- Support in inspecting finished products and conducting tests to ensure compliance with customer specifications, contract requirements, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning and order tracking.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure stock availability.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Planner Executive or superior.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
