Job Description
Responsibilities
A. Electrical Assembly & Integration
- Assemble electronic/electrical components into housings and enclosures.
- Perform electrical assembly and system integration based on wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
- Ensure correct polarity, grounding, shielding, and electrical isolation.
- Apply proper cable management, and labelling.
B. Screen & Mechanical Assembly
- Perform screen bonding / gluing into housing using specified adhesives.
- Ensure correct alignment, cleanliness, and cosmetic quality.
- Handle sensitive components carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or cosmetic defects.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Assembly and wiring completed according to drawings and work instructions.
- Maintains high workmanship and cosmetic quality.

Job Requirements
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics major)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic handling.
- Experience with product assembly and integration.
- Familiar with adhesives and bonding processes (display assembly).
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- High attention to detail and manual precision.
- Able to work independently
- Neat, organized and systematic.
- Good presentation and communication skill
