Responsibilities
A. QC Output
1. Determining inspection protocols, define sampling procedures and determining equipment and mechanisms to be used in the inspection process.
2. Perform the daily task assigned by the QC supervisor and /or production planner to achieve Output targets
3. To generate inspection report timely and precisely.
4. Resolve drawing problem and customer specification by technical knowledge.
5. Assist QA in customer complaint investigation by identifying the root cause and provide recommended actions.
6. Ensure operation of QC tools always in good condition and calibrated.
7. Confers with customer representative to resolve customer complaint.
8. Work with a variety of department such as engineers, production planners and designers to test and assess the quality of product output.
B. Quality Management System
1. Adhere to QMS policies and procedures.
2. Minimize output rejects
3. Review the completeness, accuracy and validity of all the entries made in the work
package.
4. Control and maintain the quality records and the work packages. All the documentations and records shall be remained legible and shall be stored and retained in such a way that they are readily retrievable. The retention requirements are defined in the Quality procedures.

Requirement
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferable)
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Can work long hours or weekend (when required)
• Can speak basic English
• Training will be provided
