• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Train and supervise quality control leader , IPQC and Screening.
• Identify quality control issues and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality control processes.
• Maintain records of quality control test results and data.
• Report on quality control performance and suggest areas for improvement.
• Align with customer site.
• Fully handle about CMM programming.
• Assist First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth running of operations.

• Daily QC Output vs Delivery schedules.
• External Quality Reject (Escapes).
• Customer Complaint.
