Job Description

  • In charge of processing order recharges.
  • Handling customer inquiries via Kchat and email promptly.
  • Delivering top-tier service and maintaining clear, professional, and meaningful communication with customers.
  • Monitoring incomplete orders and reminding sellers to fulfill them.
  • Reviewing seller listings on Kaleoz to prevent any suspicious products.
  • Actively suggesting improvements to the Kaleoz app to streamline workflows.
  • Identifying and escalating urgent issues to the Senior Customer Support Associate for immediate action.
  • Building strong relationships with Kaleoz sellers to help boost sales through site optimization and better customer experience.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties or any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to engage with various personality types.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.
  • Skilled at multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time efficiently.
  • Driven, self-motivated individuals with integrity, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
  • Collaborative team player with solid interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Positive, can-do mindset.
  • Open to working flexible shifts or support hours.
