Job Description

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of accounting department.
• Establishing and enforcing adoption of proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Ensure accuracy and timely closing and submission of monthly management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.
• Ensure timely submission of annual statutory account, corporate tax and indirect tax filing.
• Review, improve and implement internal control procedures and workflow including to enhance the efficiency of the finance processes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretarial firms, bankers and other statutory bodies.
• To carry out any other functions and duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for BM, English and Mandarin.
• Have thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Ability to lead and work independently and committed to delivery on time.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Strong planning and prioritization abilities. 
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects. 
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and experience with existing accounting system.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
