Job Description

1) Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
2) Utilize multiple recruiting channels, including social media, job platform, employee referrals and other method, to identify potential candidates.
3) Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
5) Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring manager.
6) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, reference check, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
7) Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
8) Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and hiring metrics to HR leadership and stakeholders.
9) Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
10) To design and implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge employee achievements and contributions. 


Job Requirements

1) Fresh grads are welcome to apply!
2) Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
3) Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin
4) Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
5) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6) Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
7) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8) Able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
9) Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
10) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
