Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation 
  • Liaise with China suppliers (Mandarin communication required)
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents 
  • Assist in import & export documentation and processes
  • Manage e-invoicing and entries using SQL Accounting system 
  • Perform basic calculations and costing (pricing, quantities, etc.) 
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of documents 
  • Support general office operations

Job Requirements

  • Able to read, write and speak Mandarin (to liaise with China suppliers) 
  • Experience in admin / operations / import-export is an advantage 
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting & e-invoicing 
  • Good with numbers and basic calculations 
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines 
  • Able to work independently
