About the role - you will:

• Analyze OEE production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Conduct time studies (MMR & UPH) and perform cost analysis to evaluate operational performance
• Collaborate with management and other departments to develop and implement engineering solutions
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
• Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies

Your experience includes:

• Acquired 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
• Proficiency and application of AutoCAD software and statistical analysis tools
• Utilization and knowledge of KNIME, Power BI and Tableau (added advantage)
• Application and knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies are a plus
