About the role - you will:

 

• Investigate and Resolve: Perform detailed failure analysis on products to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with process teams, report findings, and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
• Ensure Quality Assurance: Conduct sampling buy-offs and ensure products meet specifications before shipment
• Monitor Performance: Track product performance, identify key issues, and recommend improvements

 

About you:

 

We’re looking for someone with the folllowing criteria - 

 

• Technical Skills: Knowledge in mechanical, electronic, and electrical fields
• Adaptability: Willingness to work rotating shifts and in a cleanroom environment
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinking and a fast learner
• Teamwork and Attitude: A positive outlook and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Qualifications: A Diploma in Engineering related field or Certificate of Engineering related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Your experience includes:

 

• At least 1 to 2 years experience in relevant field and it would be an added advantage for experience with hands-on performing FA of internal substrates using optical microscopy, Atomic Force microscopy, Tencor and other optical measurement tool
• Fresh Diploma holder in Engineering related field are welcomed to apply
• Performed investigations of yield discrepancies and various test run / simulation as per superior’s requests
• Courteous & effective communication with management & co-workers are added advantage as well
