About our group:

The team works in a high-diversity and energetic environment, strives to create an excellent customer experience for internal customers, and is involved in continuous improvements through project management and collaboration with HR Shared Services organizations.

About the role - you will:

  • Handle employees’ queries via email, chats, or phone calls from Thai speaking internal employees (based in our Thailand offices) as a HR Shared Services representative 
  • Manage employee personnel files and data management
  • Be responsible for regional HR Shared Services activities and transactional processing
  • Be assigned to the HR Shared Services Center project to optimize and automate HR business processes
  • The role is based in Penang and will require on-site work during the initial phase, transitioning thereafter to a hybrid work arrangement.

About you:

  • Effective problem-solving skills capabilities, as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight deadlines
  • Resilience as evidenced by the courage to maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them. Able to prioritize work with proactivity and self-initiative
  • Effective communication skills, as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence employees and stakeholders through written and oral communications
  • Focus on the customer experience and feel motivated when you successfully create a high-touch experience for your customer
  • Good verbal and written English, Malay, and Thai language

Your experience includes:

  • Handling daily administrative and transactional processing
  • Managing employees' queries or customer service
  • Project management
  • HR Shared Services activities and processing (added advantage)
  • Fresh Certificate / Diploma holder or with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh Degree holder can be considered

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Subject matter expert in customer service
  • Collaborate in an HR Shared Services organization

Our Penang office is located in Suntech at Cybercity. Easily accessible from two bus stops, many employees take mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
