About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Growth Executive to join our sales team, where you will play an important role in engaging customers and supporting business growth through personalized interactions.

You will be involved in daily customer engagement, understanding customer behavior, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance overall customer experience and retention.

This role offers strong exposure to cross-channel communication and a clear development path into CRM, customer growth, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact interactions via WhatsApp, Email, and CRM to turn leads into loyal customers.

  • Deep-dive into customer needs to recommend the right solutions and maximize value.

Must-Haves:

  • SPM qualification or above.
  • Trilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu (spoken, written, and reading),to serve Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tele-sales, or related roles.
  • Proactively seeks clarity and consultant to perform tasks accurately and effectively.
