About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operation to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of daily fund movements, account configurations, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute account transactions accurately within target timeframes to ensure seamless business operations. 
• 在规定时间内准确完成各项账户交易操作，确保业务流程顺畅无阻。 
• Verify and manage bank account configurations to ensure full readiness and stability across business platforms. 
• 负责银行账户的配置与验证，确保其在业务系统上的运行状态稳定且正确。 
• Proactively monitor account limits and balances to maintain optimal liquidity for daily operations. 
•  主动检查账户额度与余额，确保资金充足，以保障日常业务的高效运作。 
• Partner with cross-functional teams and third-party providers (Banks/PSP) to resolve customer and payment issues effectively. 
• 与内部团队及第三方伙伴（如银行、支付服务商）紧密对接，快速解决客户及支付相关问题。 
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere to strict data integrity and security protocols. 
•  严格遵守公司的数据安全与保密协议，确保信息处理的准确性与合规性 
• Manage daily reporting, reconciliation checklists, and ad-hoc tasks to ensure full transparency and operational control. 
• 按时提交每日报表及对账清单 (Checklists)，并高效配合上级安排的各项任务。

Work arrangement: On-site, Rotational Shift

Employment type: Permanent, Full-time

Language: English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakholders.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum high school level & above. Basic in English (verbal, written, and reading).
• SPM学历或以上，具备基本英文能力（口语、书写及阅读）。
•  Must be able to work night shift and rotational shift. (Hostel provided for out station employee)
• 能够接受夜班和轮班制。（外地员工提供宿舍）
•  Self-driven, sensitive to numbers & attentive to details.
• 工作主动，对数字敏感，注重细节。
