 About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Junior CRM Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced CRM team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our marketing efforts, focusing on the accurate configuration, testing, and deployment of regional CRM campaigns.

Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will ensure all customer lifecycles and promotional campaigns meet rigorous quality assurance (QA) standards and follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role is a perfect launchpad for an analytical mind who finds satisfaction in technical precision, data integrity, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Build, configure, and launch multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push Notifications) strictly following requirements and internal SOPs.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Perform meticulous pre-launch validation using structured checklists to ensure 100% accuracy in links, targeting, and segmentation.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Track live campaign delivery metrics and assist seniors with real-time troubleshooting and operational documentation.
  • Data & Compliance Logs: Maintain immaculate records of campaign setups, internal approvals, and post-launch operational notes.
  • Technical Support: Coordinate with cross-functional internal technical teams and vendors to log, track, and resolve system tickets.

  • Technical Aptitude: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to quickly adapt to and learn proprietary or enterprise CRM tools.
  • Communication: Strong proactive communication skills; comfortable providing clear project updates and asking clarifying questions.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese to coordinate with regional platforms and stakeholders.
