About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to join our marketing team, where you will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across digital platforms.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, content management, and website operations—working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth delivery, accurate product information, and high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the team to design & launch high-impact digital campaign.
• 协同团队策划并推出具影响力的数字营销活动。
• Tracking market trends in UI/UX and marketing strategies to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
• 追踪行业动态，分析 UI/UX 及营销趋势，为团队提供创新的灵感。
• Craft and localize compelling content in English and Mandarin, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and persuasive.
• 负责中英文内容的撰写与翻译，确保在多语言语境下依然专业且具吸引力。
• Collaborate with Design and IT to manage website architecture, ensuring all product info is structured and up-to-date.
• 对接设计与技术团队，维护网站内容的结构化与实时更新，保障信息准确无误。
• Own the user experience by identifying platform bugs and working to optimize site speed and stability.
• 负责平台测试（QA），主动发现 Bug 并优化运行速度，保障优质的用户体验.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum Diploma qualification or above.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu (reading and writing),to serve Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C content marketing, product content, campaign management or event-related roles.
• Ability to create engaging, high-impact content using gimmicks, clickbait, memes, or viral formats to drive user engagement.
• Strong attention to detail with effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
