About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to own the 50/50 intersection of Product Marketing and Gamified User Experience

You will lead a high-impact strategy that merges aggressive growth marketing with a seamless, gamified product journey to capture the Malaysia market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect data-driven GTM strategies and optimize campaign mechanics that turn passive users into active participants.
  • Design and refine the gamified user experience, ensuring every UI/UX touchpoint reinforces retention and engagement.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to strengthen capability and performance delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product execution.

  • 通过数据分析,构架并优化Go-To-Market (GTM) 方案,把潜在用户转化为活跃用户。
  • 设计以及完善游戏化机制来提升用户体验,确保每个 UI/UX 环节都能增强用户留存率和参与度。
  • 领导、培训并提拔团队成员, 提升整体团队的执行力与业绩。

Job Requirements

Must Have

  • 4 to 6 years of experience blending Growth/Campaign expertise with a deep eye for Product Design and UX.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese & Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product, campaign, and customer data.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Proven success in Digital Entertainment or high-growth platforms where gamification is a core driver of the customer lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, CRM, or campaign management tools.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle models, engagement mechanics, and retention strategies.
