We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition who is passionate about to join high-performing teams and redefining recruitment efficiency.

You won't just fill seats—you’ll be a talent consultant focus on sourcing top-tier talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and enhancing our employer brand. 

We value candidates who are forward-thinking and proactive in using AI or automation tools to streamline hiring workflows and improve recruitment efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle start from talent acquisition to onboarding.
  • Utilize diverse channels—job boards, networking, and partners to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent and position us as an employer of choice.
  • Identify and enhance the hiring process and strategy to optimize workflows, productivity & candidate experience.
  • Foster a knowledge-sharing culture through effective communication and organized documentation.

Job Requirements

Work Mode: Hybrid 

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time 

Language: English & Mandarin & Malay

Must-Haves:

  • Diploma or higher with at least 2 years in recruitment or HR related fields.
  • Trilingual in English, Mandarin & Malay (Written & Spoken).
  • A proactive communicator who asks the right questions to ensure excellence and team alignment.
  • A result-oriented mindset with the resilience to navigate and bounce back from challenges.

Nice-to-Haves: 

  • Result in using AI tools or automation initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Preferred age range: 21–32 years old.
  • Experience in using ATS.
