You won't just fill seats—you’ll be a talent consultant focus on sourcing top-tier talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and enhancing our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from first contact to onboarding.

  • Build a robust pipeline of top-tier talent using diverse channels, networking, and creative headhunting strategies.

  • Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, aligning recruitment goals with business needs and market realities.

Job Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Diploma or higher with at least 2 years in recruitment or HR related fields.
  • Trilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu (reading and writing),to serve Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners.
  • A proactive communicator who asks the right questions to ensure excellence and team alignment.
  • A result-oriented mindset with the resilience to navigate and bounce back from challenges.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Result in using AI tools or automation initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Experience in using ATS.
