Job Description

• Responsible for operations and administrations of Checkpoint Product, Fortigate Product, Cisco Product, and Barracuda Product
• Responsible to provide Level 2 to Level 3 support for the Checkpoint Product, Fortigate Product, Cisco Product and Barracuda Product
• Perform technical information gathering during troubleshooting session with customers on products supported by the organization
• Communicate with principals during troubleshooting sessions, make arrangements to troubleshoot together with customers and principals
• Responsible for installation, setting up and commissioning of devices based on project scope defined at customer location or remotely
• Responsible to perform Preventive Maintenance activities for customers
• Document all incidents handled in detail, update internal ticketing system on actions and activities related to incidents
• Incident Management and escalation

Job Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification 
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience 
• Must be certified in the relevant products and tools.
• Strong knowledge in managing networks, firewalls and security product.
• Relevant experience in IT services, example Email, IT Networking, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP and OSI layer
• Good knowledge and experience in IT Security
• Knowledge in Linux operating system is an advantage

• Ability to work productively in a team and independently
• Must be able to stand-by during non-office hours and weekends
• Good communication skills - able to communicate with stakeholders, customers and internal team
• Good problem-solving skills, creative and resourceful
• Coordinate activities and projects with customers, principals and stakeholders
