Job Description
- Assist with daily administrative and business operations
- Process and manage orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee and other platforms
- Assist with inventory, stock and shipment coordination
- Handle basic customer/creator enquiries and after-sales support
- Maintain spreadsheets, records and operational documents
- Assist with product listings, campaigns and simple research/e-commerce tasks
