Job Description
- Marketing/Social Media Management (managing creators/influencers, uploading UGC videos, TikTok/FB/IG/Lemon8, etc)
- Operations & E-commerce (Shopee/Tiktok Shop/Shopify, fulfilment coordination, ads management, campaigns coordination)
- AI optimisation (upgrading internal workflow using latest softwares- i.e. ChatGPT, Claude, etc)
- Customer Service & CRM (responding to inquiries, loyalty program/upsell strategies)
Job Requirements
- Have interest in skincare, beauty, and digital marketing
- Possess basic skills in Microsoft Office
- Are responsible, organised, and open to learning
- Internship duration: Flexible, generally 2 to 4 months
