Key Responsibilities

• Write and publish strategic content to sustainably acquire SEO traffic at scale.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive SEO strategy.
• Perform ongoing keyword research and identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with web developers to resolve issues (e.g., site speed, crawling, mobile usability).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and improve ranking opportunities.
• Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated in new and existing content.
• Manage and build effective backlink strategies.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals—general and keyword specific.

Job Requirements

• Minimum three-year working experience, and one-year minimum and currently working an SEO capacity
• An advocate of data-driven insights
• Familiar with SEMRush
• Able to distill SEO efforts into traffic outcomes
• Excellent communicator in English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders
