Overview

We are looking for a video producer and editor in one role with a 70-30 split, focusing on creative direction and content strategy. You are expected to take ownership from start to finish of the entire production pipeline of small scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and content teams to conceptualize and plan video content aligned with campaign goals.
• Develop creative briefs, storyboards, shot lists, scripts, and production schedules.
• Scout locations, book talent, and coordinate logistics for shoots.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other video equipment during shoots.
• Direct on-set talent and crew during filming.

Post-Prod Responsibilities

• Edit footage into polished final videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Add motion graphics, titles, music, subtitles, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and branding across all videos.
• Manage color correction, audio mixing, and export assets in various formats.
• Maintain well-organized file and asset management systems.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• A portfolio of your work; demo reel
• 3+ years in a production and/or editing role
• Excellent communicator in English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders
• Proficient with Adobe CC
• Strong understanding of composition, colour, lighting, and sound
• [Optional] Skilled operating DSLR / mirrorless cameras and accompanying peripherals
