Responsibilities:
Assisting the international Marketing department in all paperwork and documentation, such as:-
Compiling documents for processing.
Liaise with the International Office (IO) for updates and visa processing.
Liaise with the Head of Departments on assessment and faculty approval.
Liaise with Registrar and Coordinators on students’ university registration submission.
Liaise with the English Language department for the international students' English placement test.
Liaise with the Credit Controller on any deferment or withdrawal.
Liaise with the Accounts department on students’ IT payment clearance and agent commission submission.
Contact students or agents regarding the lack of documents or visa approval, if any.
Keep track of students’ arrival for each intake.
2. Liaising with all third parties, such as agents and assisting them in the absence of International Marketing personnel.
3. To prepare a monthly report on activities conducted for submission to the corporate office.
4. To assist and handle general enquiries through e-mail, walk-in, telephone, etc.
5. Will also be involved in assisting the International Marketing department in any ad hoc jobs and responsibilities that arise.
6. To carry out such other duties that may be assigned, from time to time.
