Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update course materials, including lesson plans, schemes of work, lecture notes, and tutorial exercises, in accordance with the approved syllabus.

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and discussions effectively, both face-to-face and online.

• Assess student performance through the preparation, administration, and marking of assessments, assignments, and examinations.

• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and pastoral support to students.

• Monitor student progress and attendance, ensuring timely reporting and intervention.

• Participate in curriculum review and development activities to maintain academic quality and relevance.

• Engage in scholarly activities and research in the relevant field.

• Contribute to departmental meetings, student recruitment efforts, and other academic initiatives.
