Job Description
Programme Leadership & Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the smooth running of programmes under the Faculty.
Guide and support academic staff to ensure teaching quality and compliance with university standards.
Manage course timetabling, manpower planning, and resource utilisation.
Liaise with partner universities and industry collaborators for academic and programme enhancement.
Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) and Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Handle student registration, progression, graduation eligibility, and academic counselling.
Address student concerns to maintain a positive learning environment.
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions aligned with approved syllabi.
Develop and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment methods.
Evaluate and grade students’ coursework, assignments, and exams.
Provide guidance, supervision, and mentoring to students.
Participate in curriculum review and enhancement activities.
Pastoral & Student Development
Offer pastoral care and academic counselling to support students’ holistic development.
Prepare testimonials and references for students when required.
