Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments
  • Assist in asset & office management related matters

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Willingness to learn and a positive working attitude
  • You are passionate to contribute and build a fun and belonging culture and working environment
  • You are comfortable with fast paced working environment, self driven and full of energy
  • You are ambitious to contribute in building the No.1 Creative Studio in Southeast Asia.
