The Onboarding Specialist will assist, guide and support the candidate throughout the international onboarding process – and ensuring all documentation is complete and process adhered to in order to ensure a seamless and timely onboarding process 

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

To complete the entire onboarding process for candidates – from the point of signed job offer till candidates successfully traveled.  

1. To maintain and manage entire documentation for candidates with job offers and ensure each process for each market is completed within the agreed timeframe 
2. To ensure candidates' documents are stored safely and completely. 
3. To analyze candidates' profiles in view of anticipation of potential challenges. 
4. Active communication with candidates with regard to the necessary documents, processes, charges and relocation processes. 
5. Deliver onboarding programs for international hires. 
6. Stay updated on latest policies, laws, processes and documentation to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.a 
7. Reporting: Management and Client. 
8. To complete any ad-hoc duties assigned
