As a Recruitment Consultant, your core responsibilities will be the fulfillment of vacancies provided by our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing our client base to meet our organizational goals. 
Key Responsibilities: • Actively source and qualify candidates via any methods or platforms • Manage the client's needs and expectations by sourcing the best candidates • Maintaining strong relationships in the market • Working to improve recruitment efficiency • Management of entire end-to-end recruitment process: ranging from sourcing, phone screening, coordinating interviews, job offering to onboarding • Able and willing to work with ambiguity and adapt to changes in an agile manner • Work with minimal supervision and drive the necessary changes to ensure results and ongoing improvements in processes and outcomes • Conduct and distribute reports per the agreed schedule or on ad-hoc basis, identify issues or risks to be mitigated and formulate recommendations and actions where applicable
