We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Marketing Support Intern to help us make every customer’s journey with Semisweet feel sweet, personal, and memorable.

You’ll be the friendly voice behind our brand — helping customers, sharing updates, and making sure every order feels like a treat from start to finish.

You’ll be helping us:

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
• Update and manage our WhatsApp community group
• Gather and organize customer feedback
• Help coordinate festive campaigns or product launches
• Assist in packing or online orders (during festive periods)
• Brainstorm ways to improve customer experience & communication 💗

• Have experience using WhatsApp Business, Canva, or Google Sheets
• Enjoy creating simple visuals or messages for social media
• Have worked on small campaigns or events before
